I take business’ problems and shape fresh experiences that help them show up powerfully among competitors. I approach the process through a blend of target audience research, current trends and technologies, and messaging that feels relevant and personal.

QVC’s problem: consumers spending more time and money on social media than broadcast shows.
My solution: curated an assortment of trending items from QVC’s TikTok Shop and infused short-form video content into the user experience.
The result: this page was highest-clicked curation of the year, driving strong sales and conversion.

Evolution’s problem: The business was facing a high level of open positions to fill in a short amount of time.
My solution: I created a creative deck/toolkit that revolved around gaming narratives like “it pays to play with us,” “this is a game-changer,” and “unlock your lucky streak.”
The result: The business filled the positions through my strategies for implementation.
